Uncle Jon's Soap is a small family run business. When I say family I mean a small group of individuals whose hereditary hardheadedness allows us to accomplish most anything we put our minds too. It can be said that making, wrapping and selling the soap in a small business like ours has a certain likeness to rowing a boat. Many people working together to row a boat makes for great progress....as long as everyone is going in the same direction. As is bound to happen in any family there are disagreements, miscommunications and sometimes even head-on collisions. Somehow despite these hiccups we manage to produce the amount of soap that is necessary every week. I find the fact that we rarely fall behind to be a true miracle. The only way I can think to explain this miracle is that we have truly learned the art of working together as a team.
